Sometimes life can be a bit of a struggle. Things don't go the way we want. Perhaps we have health troubles, or financial worries. Perhaps our job is not going well. Our relationship might be falling apart. The list of possible woes is endless. And so we struggle on.

But though these challenges may be great, it does feel to me that our suffering is finite. We suffer perhaps, we suffer a lot, but it's in the end limited. And I don't know whether you've ever had a divine moment, truly divine. It might only have lasted a second. But in such a moment not only does the suffering disappear, but we are in a state of bliss. A great joy fills our being. And this blissful state, it seems to me, is unlimited. It's infinite.

That, perhaps, is one of the characteristics of the divine. It has this unbounded feeling. And so even a lifetime of suffering is nothing compared to this divine moment. A single moment is all it takes. This moment, perhaps. And it makes it all worthwhile, in case you ever wondered, in case you ever thought, what is life all about? it seems to be just an endless suffering. No, there is something that life is all about, and it's this, this divine moment, this moment without words, a moment of perfection, an unbounded moment, a moment of oneness, a divine moment.
