integrity
The process of becoming enlightened is one of integration: integration within oneself and integration with the rest of existence. And in particular, the various fragments of the mind become integrated into a holistic mind. And this un-fragmented mind responds to life with integrity. And this integrity is unwavering, incorruptible. For the mind that is no longer fragmented, is total, in its thoughts, in its spontaneous decisions.
And this integrity comes as a relief, for with it, there can be no question of self judgement. And without self judgement, there is no self doubt, no guilt, no shame, and no judgement of others. All of this is part of the great integrity which comes with enlightenment.
And one’s whole being is felt as integral, undivided: the mind and the body no longer at odds with each other; and indeed, the whole being no longer separated from existence. This is the great integrity.
And from this space, there can be no question of doing wrong; indeed, no question of right and wrong. In this space, all one’s actions are felt to be perfect in the moment, whether or not we have a mental understanding of what is happening, in the moment. Still our actions are felt as coming from a space of integrity.
So plunge into this space, within yourself. Dive to the centre of your being and feel this great integrity.
